Horned Grebe
This was a bird i wanted to photograph when i went to Scotland, small, secretive and protected, its not an easy bird to get good views of.
The research i did paid off and i managed to sit quietly by a small lochan and photograph these awesome birds, they can as close as 6ft from me and showed no fear of me as i sat quietly
